2019-11-01Learning from Playing – Inter-class Games

Students participated in the Inter-class Games in the Integrated Studies class. The class consists of both theoretical and practical elements. Students first learned about solidarity and good sportsmanship. Then they went to the school hall to play some exciting games. During the games, students played hard, cheered their classmates on and showed good sportsmanship.

2019-10-29Halloween Activities

Students celebrated Halloween by wearing funny costumes and going trick-or-treating at school. They also recited some Halloween chants and watched some Halloween cartoons during lunch. Most of our students dressed up for the Best Costume Competition. What a happy day!

2019-10-21SCOLAR Story Quest 2019-2020

About 70 primary two and primary three students joined the Story Quest 2019-2020 activity on 18th October, 2019. During the English activity, they listened to stories and played some fun and interesting games. Meanwhile, they also learnt a lot of new English vocabulary and boosted their confidence in learning and using English. Everybody had a great time!

2019-10-18The 5th International Mathematics and Science Creativity Competition

Congratulations to P6 HUANG KING CHUNG and WONG YIU HANG! They participated in the 5th International 4D Frame Mathematics and Science Creativity Competition held in South Korea on 18th–21st October and received the Participation Prize. Students from Korea, Sweden, Indonesia, Mongolia and many more joined this big event. They had to design a model and complete a challenge mission using the 4D Frame materials provided by the organizer. After the competition, they tried out different STEM activities. They also visited the National Folk Museum of Korea and learnt about the local culture.

2019-10-16"I Love Campus" Slogan and Poster Design Competition

In line with the school's aim of "Enhancing a Positive Campus Culture", the Visual Arts department organized an "I Love Campus" slogan and poster design competition to enhance students' sense of belonging to the school and their creativity. Click here to view more information of Visual Arts

2019-10-10Positive Ambassadors - Personal Growth Day Camp

In order to create a positive campus culture, enhance students' moral standards and enable them to realize their potential, 10 students who have been selected as our school's Positive Ambassadors joined a Personal Growth Day Camp on October 10th. They learnt about building positive life goals and we hope that they can bring some positive energy back to school.

2019-10-02Our MKC family (P1 Integrated Studies)

A big welcome to all the P1 students. As part of the school curriculum, a series of activities were organized by the Integrated Studies Programme. Through this programme, our students got to know more about their primary school and classmates. First we had a welcoming ceremony for our students and they learnt about the school rules and manners they should adopt here at MKC. For the second session, they were taken on a school tour by their class teachers. They visited the English room and had fun activities with the NETs. They went to the computer room to play some educational computer games and also went to the library to read some interesting books. They even visited their teachers in the staff room. For the third session, our students got to know more about the people who work at the school. Students first learned skills to be able to interview others. Then they had the chance to talk to different people at the school and interview them. They chatted with Principal Fung, the school social worker, the office staff, the janitors and also the teaching assistants.

2019-09-09Opening Ceremony 2019-2020

2nd September was the first day of school this academic year. It was great to see our students come back to school with their happy faces and in their tidy school uniform. We hope that they will learn new knowledge, do their best and discover their strengths this coming school year.

2019-08-21P6 Graduation Ceremony 2018-19

The primary 6 graduation ceremony was held on 12th July in the school hall. Principal Fung presented the graduation certificates to a total of 175 students. During the ceremony, each graduation class performed on the stage and some teachers also joined in on their performances. Everyone had a wonderful time. The students are grateful to their alma mater as shown from the student's testimonials and the graduates' speeches. The ceremony ended with the beautiful singing from our graduates.

2019-07-12MKC Talent Show 2018-2019

The annual MKC Talent Show was a great success! The student performances were amazing! Our students really put in a lot of effort. Everybody enjoyed the show!
